Audience This certification is aimed at emergency medical first responders working in the pre-hospital emergency care environment who may not necessarily work on an ambulance or be responsible for patient transport.
Description The Award in Public Safety (PHECR®) provides ISO17024:2012 compliant role certification for emergency medical responders. Graduates of this certification are able to provide initial emergency medical care at the scene of medical emergencies, including basic life support, airway management, oxygen therapy, haemorrhage control, and safe patient assessment and handover to higher-level medical providers.
