Description CorePass Standard 7063:2025 graduates are able to able to identify core legal, ethical, and operational frameworks, recall key emergency management phases and health and safety procedures for animals in crisis, and demonstrate competency in basic animal registration, safe handling, welfare centre operations, and preparedness planning—all in compliance with codes of conduct and humanitarian standards. They confidently support emergency services and effective reunification, sheltering, and psychosocial welfare for animals and owners, and apply essential strategies to promote community resilience and best practice in animal welfare during emergencies.
