If you know your login name, or the email address that ITM has on record for you, then you can use the
Password Reset tool to generate a new password and get it sent to you.
If you don't know your login name, and you don't know what email address is stored in the system for your profile, you should contact your
Organisation Administrator. They are able to tell you your login name, and also reset your password to a new one if required.
We do not send out existing passwords by email, because all passwords are encrypted in our system, and even our support personnel cannot see what they are. The
Password Reset tool randomly generates a new password for you instead.
