The page you are viewing shows all the publicly available details for the selected Event. If you have an account for ITM, you should login, and if your security privileges allow it, you will be able to see more detail about the Event.

You can use the icon to open an iCalendar file (*.ics), which can be used by your desktop calendaring software (such as Outlook, or iCal) to place an appointment in your personal calendar.

Note there are some liminations of this facility. If you do not live in the same time zone that the event is in - you will need to be certain that the appointment that gets created is scheduled correctly.
